Clayton's Hidden Gem: Updated Twin Homes, Lush Acres, Steps from the River

private and pretty location not far from The Saint Lawrence River and The Riverwalk. Great shops and retaurants with excellent food on Riverside St.Enjoyed my stay and weekend with much to do. Would definitely visit again.

Place was beautiful clean and spacious.

There were some issues with getting the correct code to get in the main house upon arrival. The smaller cottage did not even have a lock on the door, which we did not like. The main house was advertised as a 3 bedroom and it is NOT. The third bedroom advertised is actually a mattress inside of a closet! We had to find at the last minute another hotel for a friend to stay and it was inconvenient and we feel it was not an honest/accurate description of the property. The property was clean and located in a quiet area, just off a main road. The main house: clean and comfortable with the exception of not having 3 bedrooms. No A/C in the upstairs bedroom and it was July - so it was hot! Kitchen was big and had lots of dishes, etc. Washer/dryer were nice to have. Small cottage: freezer handle broken, no A/C in the bedroom, no screen in bathroom window, hole in screen in bedroom (some put a piece of toilet paper in the hole), front door is a sliding glass door that does not lock when you leave. We did not like leaving our belongings without them being locked up. All in all it was a nice place to stay, but some things need to be addressed.
